OURR Models: Frame and top support: 1″ square aluminum tubing with 0.063″ wall. Tray slides: Extruded aluminum angle 1 7/16″ high x 1 7/8″ lip with raised beads to prevent friction. Slides are riveted to frame. Corner uprights: 1″ square aluminum tubing with 0.063″ wall. Top and bottom: Top is 1″ square aluminum tubing with 0.063″ wall. Bottom is die-formed 0.1″ aluminum. Casters (installed): 5″ diameter NSF-approved, non-marking rubber tired wheels on swivel plate casters. #UARR-64-A: Frame and top support: 1 1/4″ x 1 1/2″ aluminum, with 0.07″ thick wall. Tray slides: 6 1/4″ wide, 0.1″ thick. Aluminum universal stepped angle slides adjustable on 1 1/2″ centers. Bottom slides are welded in place. Top and bottom: 1 1/4″ x 1 1/2″ extruded aluminum. 0.07″ thick all-welded aluminum. Casters (installed): 5″ diameter poly tread wheels on swivel plate casters.
