Heavy duty stainless steel construction with 1½” fiberglass insulation. Pull handle provided on front and rear of drawer, for functionality from either side of unit. Stainless steel drawer liner accepts full-size 12” x 20” or fractional steam table pans up to 6”-deep. Drawer features heater, recessed thermostat control, thermometer and indicator light.
