Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce metal products by performing the following duties: places parts in proper order to assemble the product based on specifications; bolts, clips, screws, cements, and fastens parts together; and performs specific tests to ensure product is functioning properly for both electric and gas equipment models. This description is not all inclusive of tasks / duties and may be modified at any given time by management.
This position will need to work with various materials such as plywood, wood, wallboard to build cabinets, shelving, and other Eagle manufactured items as requested by customers.
Press Brake operators utilize a hydraulic press equipment, CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) that breaks, bends, punches, or cuts stainless steel according to the specifications provided by blueprints/drawings received from Industrial Engineering department. The individual must have attention to detail, and quality driven skills to ensure the integrity and maintain the quality of the company product lines.
The Design Engineer is responsible for designing systems and to assist the Design Engineer Manager in the development and training of Design Engineers within the Department. The Design Engineer administrator will have the working knowledge of construction and manufacturing related. The incumbent will be responsible for assist the Design Engineer Manager in assisting other design engineers to identify or answer questions / issues in the design process.
This position requires consistency with accuracy and timely quoting of customer requested standard or custom equipment from the Eagle Group product line. As Estimator I, you will work closely with members of the Customer Service Team as well as others in the Quotations/Spec Fab Department under the direction of the manager to ensure superior service and quality for our customers, dealers and reps. The Estimator must have a keen eye for attention to detail and a developed skill at estimating projects that meet the expectations of our customers.
Sets up and operates machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, cutting machines and punches to fabricate metal products. Daily work duties for press brake operators vary based on the manufacturing projects and the department they work in.
Material Handlers have various duties based on the department they are in. The principal duty in this position is to pull inventory and deliver it to the requesting department for production and to retrieve finished product to stage in the warehouse. This individual must be very organized and have some computer knowledge as well as be able to handle the physical attributes of the position.

As Quotations Specialist you will work closely with members of the Customer Service Team as well as others in the Quotations/Spec Fab Department under the direction of the manager to ensure superior service and quality for our customers, dealers and reps. The Quotations Specialist must have a keen eye for attention to detail and a developed skill at estimating projects that meet the expectations of our customers.
Welder/Fabricators duties may vary based on the department they are in, and the item being manufactured in it. Designing, cutting, shaping stainless steel, joining together parts by using either manual or automated welding equipment; repairing or creating new items.
