Tote box Carriers from Eagle MHC provide safe, efficient storage and handling of components to meet the varied needs of manufacturers and material handlers in electronic components and other equipment segments.

Eagle MHC tote box carriers are built for long-life durability, featuring chrome-plated steel posts along with frames constructed of 1”-diameter chrome-plated tubing and 16-gauge chrome-plated steel. Each carrier comes with resilient or poly brake and swivel casters for go-anywhere portability.

Eagle MHC carriers are designed to accommodate a wide variety of totes, trays and other slide containers. Standard models come with three sets of tote box slides. Optional extra slides are available to accommodate additional tote boxes or trays. The slides are easy to adjust by using the posts numbered on 1" centers for accurate placement.

All models are 68 inches high and 26 inches in length from front to back. Users have a choice of 1-, 2- and 3-bay carrier models to meet volume requirements.

Also offered by Eagle MHC are benchside tote box carriers. These models, featuring a variable shelf angle that is ergonomically sensitive, are specially designed to facilitate repetitive pick-and-place activities. Benchside models are offered in a standard width of 18 inches, and in four standard lengths ranging from 24 inches to 60 inches. The tote box carriers support a wide variety of kitting applications.

Aluminum split sleeves and drag chains are available on all tote box carrier models for static dissipation. Tote boxes and accessory items are also offered, as are custom configurations to meet special needs.
