EAGLE INTRODUCES HOT FOOD TABLES WITH PRECISION AUTOFILL™ SYSTEM
FOR ENHANCED FOOD QUALITY CONTROL

Eagle Foodservice Equipment introduces the new precision-engineered AutoFill™system for its line of all-stainless steel, sealed well hot food and water bath steam tables. Designed to take the guesswork out of maintaining proper water level in table wells – thereby maintaining the quality and taste of buffet items – the AutoFill™ system automatically supplies and maintains the correct water level at all times.

Designed as an independent, isolated system, Eagle’s AutoFill™ system detects the correct water level by low-impedance technology. The system is capable of measuring less than a 1/4” difference in high and low water levels, and provides highly reliable level sensing even in conditions of probe deposit build-up. The fluid level detection reservoir is isolated from the wells for ease of maintenance.

The AutoFill™ system operates with a PC board, thereby requiring no measurable current. There is no float switch that could be susceptible to stick in the “open” position. Additionally, the system possesses its own on/off switch and LED display. The Solenoid is housed in a NEMA 4x enclosure with a one-way check valve for protection.

The new AutoFill™ system is available on Eagle’s sealed well hot food tables, which are constructed of type 304 stainless steel, and feature a die-formed edge with sealed-in heating wells that are ideal for either wet or dry applications.

Wells can accept all standard-size food pans, and are made of all-stainless steel to prevent rusting. The built-in drainage system eliminates the need for spillage pan removal, thus reducing cleanup time. Eagle sealed well hot food tables are available featuring either 120 volt or 240 volt current, in 2- to 5-well models. A polytop cutting board and stainless steel plate shelf are provided as standard features, while Eagle's Flex-Master® overshelf system and heavy-duty casters for mobility are available options.
