SUMMARY

Provides customers and dealers with price quotes for standard and custom products by performing the following duties.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must be able to work within a team environment.Ability to generate quotes within the AutoQuotes platform.Communicate as needed with customer and representatives to determine the needs and requirements for equipment.Read and understand general specifications, itemized specifications, standard details, and drawings.Use specifications and drawings, Eagle’s internal IBM system to formulate quotations.Develop an understanding of Eagle’s standard product line and custom fabrication capabilities.Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Six months to one year related experience and/or training.Degree in business preferred but not mandatory     

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read an interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine correspondences.  Ability to speak effectively in a group setting.     

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.      

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
